A surprising good stay. Wish we could have stayed for an additional day.

We planned for one night stay at the hotel as a short stop-over but the place turns out to be the best among those we stayed during the trip. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the room. Strangely for such a good accommodation, it is pretty quiet and not that many people during our stay.

location is good, we can ride u-bike view the old town.

soundproofing is not enough, especially the room around elevator, you can always hear everyone's traveling.

it’s a nice stay in Tainan.

clean and spacious. comfy bed and u can literally walk from hotel to yongle market and shen nong street.

no breakfast provided. also I personally don’t like the bathroom door that couldn’t be locked, abit inconvenient for us.

Was a nice stay for a night for me and my family.

Location and staff were good. Room was nice. There’s parking space. Convenient. Great scent and brand with the shower supplies. Bathroom was big!

No hooks in the bathroom. Basement parking was a little tricky with the same opening and exit. A lil pricey during CNY but that’s just everywhere.

For a 3 star hotel, it is recommendable.

Upon entering the lobby, though the hotel is not too old, the decor may need a little updating. The room though did not have a window but instead a balcony- it was not an option to open due to safety. The room and the bathroom are very clean. Housekeeping restock new towels efficiently. The receptionist assisted in sharing places to visit which is quite helpful Please try the Almond toast for breakfast. It is soo good. For a 3 star hotel, it is recommendable.

A bit of an update in the Lobby will go a long way.

With this Price, although is quite nice to relax in the room, but it still could be better!

Location is very nice, and the Staff are very kind, they helps lots, the room is clean, cozy and makes ppl there alone could be relax.

Parking Lot is small ; Not good Sound insulation ; Water pressure in shower is not strong enough ; Stairs to Elevator makes me confuse...

Great location and wonderful value for money

The hotel location was great as a launching pad for exploring the wonderful eats in the West district. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom very spacious and clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful when approached. Breakfast included for this price is a great value for money.

Small things but the light switch on one side of the twin beds did not work, while the bathroom door (glass door with rubber seal) doesn't close fully.
